So I'm incapable of stopping with the gothherding and have this idea. I would like to see a bit more Stuff in London - art galleries, exhibitions, museums etc, and frequently don't get round to it 'cos I'm busy. I'm thinking about setting up a lj group/FB group a bit like Bibliogoth except that instead of reading books we go See Things. Probably on the 3rd Saturday of the month in the afternoon. We could decide what to do a week or so beforehand and then I can book tickets, or people can just turn up.

Would people be interested in something like that?

As and when the book's done and my schedule goes back to what passes for normal, sure.

Although, having said that, I think my diary's busy for the 3rd Saturday in the month until September - but that shouldn't affect the choice of date.

Done!
How would you fancy starting off with a picnic (seeing as there's already going to be the annual Alternative Picnic at Kenwood House, Hampstead Heath next third Saturday afternoon)?

Count us in! Certainly the will is there, if not always the time...

Count me in! Though the likelihood of "I have too much work" is pretty strong -- though summers are less busy in the world of numbers, as you know.

Possibly, if non-goths are allowed ;-) And also if it doesn't clash with football and I'm not on childcare duty or completely out of going-into-London spoons. So I may not make it very often, but it would be lovely to have the option.
