It got better - or at least it finished. Last week was definately a bit on the long side, and it's another 6 day working week this week too. Not too many meetings though, which is probably a good thing. The guy who upset me apologised which was nice, but I'm seriously rethinking my position in the cycling campaign.

Friday - didn't go out exactly, went to my sisters graduation show which was scary. I can't believe she's finished, although since I generally can't believe my sister is even old enough to drive that's not really unusual. She's all sorted though, got her dance teaching qualifications and got work starting as soon as term officially ends. Saturday - worked all day and then went to the Killing Miranda gig. It was a very plesant evening, met up with [livejournal.com profile] bencurthoys, chatted for a while whilst the first band played, as they were terrible, the listened to the rest. Deathboy were really good, I really enjoyed them - one of those gigs that reminds you why you go to gigs. Killing Miranda were ok, but a bit full of themselves and I quickly got bored. Went onto Kryptorium and chatted to people for a couple of hours before going home. Sunday went to the cinema with J - saw 'In My Father's Den' and 'Sky Blue' - will write up later. Intended to do several things in the evening and didn't do any of them :o)

Today was very very long...spent the whole fucking day trying to export 2 fucking tables of about 9,000 records a piece from Access to Postgres. Don't even go there - I haven't yet managed it, but I'm a lot closer than I was this morning. That's something I suppose. Tomorrow I have a CRIM, which will be terribly dull, and then off to Lambeth for a cycling campaign meeting. Not much else planned for this week, except Psyche, Goteki, Greenhaus and The Spares @ The Garage on Friday night - I'd completely forgotten about it until J reminded me. I think I need more sleep....

'In My Father's Den' sounds interesting, 'Sky Blue' could be intriguing or maybe heavy handed.

I look forward to hearing more :)
