NLP and what I am doing this week...

Anyone had any experience of NLP? I'm trying to sort some coaching stuff out at work and this seems to be the current 'in' thing!

This week is busy busy busy!
Today - dinner with William which'll be nice 'cos I haven't seen him in ages
Tomorrow - I Can't Believe It's Not M:Alice
Wednesday - boring cycling campaign meeting
Thursday - cinema maybe? sit at home and dye my hair?
Friday - B Movie
Saturday - get back to my allotment, which has been neglectged of late and then Kryptorium
Sunday - boring house type stuff and maybe a film or two...
