Ok, enough. This isn't funny any more. I've suffered from insomnia for as long as I can remember really...it always takes me hours to get to sleep, no matter what I try. Recently it's been worse, so now I'm constantly exhausted which is not good for anything, particularly not running small businesses or talking to Linux servers. The only thing that ever made any difference to my ability to get to sleep in the past was sleeping pills, which had the added disadvantage of making me feel like a complete zombie all the time. I could sleep all day on tablets!! Prozac was even worse. There must be some solution, I desperately need to get some good quality sleep, without chemicals, and soon, or else I'll die...or possibly kill someone. My non-existant patience is even worse if I haven't slept and will result in the untimely death of a number of my staff before long unless I work something out.
So, in short, I want your best theories on getting to sleep! Someone must have a brilliant idea I haven't tried....
